Chillers - Refurbishment and Functional Testing Procedure

Our Refurbishment and Functional Testing Procedure for Used Chillers:
Chiller is disassembled and cleaned; tank/tanks are checked for leaks.
Defective or worn components are repaired or replaced as needed.
Hoses, refrigeration compressor, fluid pump and motors are replaced with new, as needed.
Condensers, air or water cooled, are cleaned and inspected.
Refrigeration system is leak checked and charged with environmentally friendly refrigerant.
Function of control system is verified.
Once the chiller is complete, it is tested under load for several hours.
Pumping and cooling performance are confirmed to meet manufacturer's specifications.
