|
Cryopumps are tested with an appropriate compressor and compressors are tested while running an appropriate pump. The pumps are sealed to a blank as to provide no gas load. They are ensured to reach 12-15K within the manufacturer’s specified time and be leak free. Compressors are shipped fully charged with ultrahigh purity helium and are ensured to be free of leaks. Mechanical vacuum pumps are sent to a vacuum pump rebuilder.
All rotary vane pumps are rebuilt to factory specifications, unless stated otherwise.
All rebuilt pumps are sold with a one year warranty on parts and labor.
