Our Refurbishment and Functional Testing Procedures for Used Vacuum Valves:
Vacuum valves are set up and made operational to access their general condition and identify problematic     areas.
Sealing surfaces are inspected for wear and deformation. When it is necessary, surfaces will be refinished     to remove small scratches.
Internal mechanical system is verified for proper operation and repaired as necessary.
Internal seals are verified and replaced as necessary.
All vacuum valves are shipped clean.
Vacuum valves which have been exposed to a PVD process and have thin film coatings are taken apart and     have all foreign materials removed. Valve body and internal components are then cleaned with IPA.
Vacuum valves are reassembled, fully tested for operation and helium leak checked.
