The Granville Phillips 330 Ionization Gauge Controller measures pressure from less than 1 x10 -10 to 1 x 10 -1 torr from
a single ionization gauge and displays pressure readout via a front panel display and analog output. The 3 1/2" high modular
controller is available as a bench mount or space saving half-rack unit.
