Every listing shows the item condition, listing policy, and order path so you can quickly understand what you are buying and how the order starts.
Understand the Condition Grade
Condition describes the physical state of the equipment, not what's covered or how it's ordered. Every listing displays one of four grades. When in doubt, contact us and we'll tell you exactly what to expect.
- Brand New
- Never used inventory in brand new condition. Unless otherwise stated, the item is sealed.
- New (Open Box)
- Unused inventory opened for inspection or photography. Equivalent to new with possible handling marks.
- Used
- Previously in service and offered for secondary-market resale. Condition and order expectations are defined by the listing and sale term.
- For Parts
- Inventory intended for repair, parts harvesting, or non-working use cases. Sold under clearly defined as-is expectations.

Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Items sold under 30 Day Return coverage may be returned within 30 days of receipt if the item does not function. Items sold Working & Warranted are covered by the 90-day warranty. Contact us and we will evaluate the issue; depending on the situation, we may be able to resolve it or arrange a return for a refund. Items sold As-Is No Return are final sale and not eligible.
What is not covered
- Items ordered by mistake or no longer needed
- Damage from improper installation, handling, or operation
- Items modified, repaired, or altered after delivery
- Items with a broken or removed security seal
How to start a return or warranty claim
Email sales@capovani.com with the subject line Order Issue – Order #[your order number] and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond with next steps within 1 to 2 business days.
