At Capovani Brothers, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our inventory includes items at varying levels of testing: confirmed functional, untested, and as-is. Because of this, the return policy varies by item and is clearly noted on each product listing.

Working & Warranted

90-Day Warranty

Items marked Working & Warranted will be tested and confirmed functional, repaired as needed, at the time of sale. If the item does not function within 90 days of receipt, contact us and we will evaluate the issue. Depending on the situation, we may be able to resolve it or arrange a return for a refund.

What is not covered

  • Damage from improper installation, handling, or operation
  • Items modified, repaired, or altered after delivery
  • Items with a broken or removed security seal are not eligible for return

30 Day Return

These items are sold based on physical condition. If the item does not function within 30 days of receipt, you may return it for a refund. In some cases an item may have been powered on or briefly tested, as described in the listing.
