What We Check
Our Diffusion Pump Testing Process
- Pump dismantled; interior and components cleaned
- Cooling circuit flushed and checked for leaks; repaired as necessary
- Heater tested, performance verified, and replaced as needed
- Over-temperature device on heater tested, performance verified, and replaced as necessary
- Vacuum sealing surfaces inspected; O-ring seals replaced
- Entire pump vacuum leak checked, verified, and repaired as necessary
Important: If the diffusion pump heater is not supplied with the specified voltage, the pump will not perform as specified.
