Our Microscope Testing Process
- Inspected for optical alignment, parfocality, and parcentricity
- Optics thoroughly inspected and cleaned
- All mechanical mechanisms (focus drives, nosepiece drives, stages, and other mechanisms) inspected, cleaned, and lubricated
- Microscope accessories (illuminators, wafer loaders, cameras, stands) checked for performance, serviced, and repaired as necessary
- All microscopes and components tested throughout their full capability range
