ACG-3 Power Generator is an all solid state, air-cooled power source expressly designed for use in gas plasma and sputtering applications. Completely self-contained, the ACG-3 provides all of the control and monitoring functions needed in a state-of-the-art power generator. It will provide a maximum continuous power output of 300W into a 50Ω impedance.
Primary AC Power Source 100/107/115/120 VAC ±5% at 12A or 200/208/225/240 VAC ±5% at 6A single phase 50-60Hz at full power output.
