The HCL1 is a proprietary STS heater-control module used within the electronics system of STS Multiplex semiconductor processing equipment. HCL1 modules are documented in Multiplex electronics rack configurations together with HCU-series heater control modules.
Suitable for consideration as a replacement, repair or service spare for compatible Surface Technology Systems / SPTS Multiplex equipment.
