Used Surface Technology Systems (STS) HCU3 Heater Control Module removed from an STS MXP Multiplex ICP ASE HR Silicon Etcher.

The HCU3 is an OEM STS heater-control module used within the electronics rack of STS Multiplex semiconductor processing systems. HCU3 modules are documented in Multiplex system configurations together with the HCL1 and HCU5 heater-control electronics.

This proprietary Surface Technology Systems component may be useful as a replacement, repair or service spare for compatible STS / SPTS Multiplex equipment.

Condition: Used. Removed from decommissioned equipment. Not independently tested after removal.
