Used Surface Technology Systems (STS) HCU5 Heater Control Module removed from an STS MXP Multiplex ICP ASE HR Silicon Etcher.
The HCU5 is an OEM STS heater-control module used within the electronics system of STS Multiplex semiconductor processing equipment. The HCU5 is found in Multiplex electronics rack configurations together with HCL1 and HCU3 heater-control modules.
This proprietary Surface Technology Systems component may be useful as a replacement or service spare for compatible STS / SPTS Multiplex equipment.
Condition: Used. Removed from decommissioned equipment. Not independently tested after removal.
